Team of specialists from both the earth sciences and natural sciences collaborating on an excavation strategy.

A certain number of both the Earth Sciences and the Natural Sciences come together in the reconstruction of prehistoric and ancient populations ; it is this cooperation that we refer to as interdisciplinary research.

The Hârsova site benefits from the latest of such research, initiated by Madame Alexandra Bolomey (†) osteologist at The Romanian National History Museum (MNIR). Many types of questions raised at the excavation find a rapid response in interdisciplinary research.
