Megaloceros Panel

On the last level of the Megaloceros Gallery, there are several decorated panels facing each other. To the left, the last panel before the entrance to the End Chamber depicts eight figures specifically arranged. The main topic is the horse/megaloceros pairing, which is repeated twice but on different scales. The surface has been roughly prepared with the flat of a hand before the figures were created both with charcoal and by engraving. The earlier bear clawmarks were not erased.
