A stalagmitic mass in the form of a stoup is set back from the main route, close to the current entrance. Two overlain horse protomes of around 50 centimetres are engraved here. The style of these representations is quite characteristic of early periods. They present a noticeable shortening in front of the mouth, creating a "duck's beak"; the neck is slender and the start of the body narrow. This group is one of the rare examples in the cave of fine engravings carried out with flint.
