The Morel chamber

The Morel chamber is both the decorated area closest to the entrance and also the space that is most difficult to access and the furthest from the centre. But were there two different caves, two contiguous porches, one opening onto the Chauvet Cave and the other onto the Morel chamber? Today it is accessed from the Chauvet Cave. One early entrance area to the Morel chamber has been located, but we do not have any dating elements for its sealing, which in any case is not recent.
