On the vault of the chamber, certain engravings that are out of reach include a mammoth and a bison head, which appear to have been made with a stick; a second pachyderm overlapping a stylised horse head was drawn by an artist who climbed onto a large boulder. Farther away, on the back of the Reindeer Pendants, a mammoth and a simplified horse head are drawn over a black brocket.
The Reindeer Pendants correspond to areas where the cave vault comes down, offset from one another, which means that the majority of the figures can be understood as being part of a single panel. The decoration consists of black reindeer and mammoths: two following each other on the left hand side and two facing each other on the right. They are overlain by clawmarks, scratch marks and simplified engravings from a later date, the last two of which are mammoths.
