Framed one above the other on the corner of the wall that marks the beginning of the great Lion Panel, there are four bison heads facing us. They are drawn in relief, one horn on either side. The eyes are marked by black points, in some cases emphasised with white. The chignon is thick and the modelling of the head is indicated by repeated use of the stump-drawing technique. A few lateral lines may indicate body contours. The impression given is that of a group of bison viewed from above.
