One of the original features of the Cactus Gallery is the presence of two bears "perched" at a height of 4 m on each wall, painted facing each other. The left-hand bear is red, while that on the right has two profiles – one in black and one in red.

The figures can be seen from the cave floor. On the right, the artist must have climbed the wall, which indeed presents easy hand and footholds up to a ledge around a metre below the animal. On the left, a mass of concretions would have been easier to climb.
