Wheelwright's house (City I). The above-mentioned wheel impression lay next to the skeleton of a donkey, crushed by the collapsing walls. The small size of the room and its door suggests this was not an animal originally hitched to a cart and the wheel was stored there as a spare. A second donkey skeleton was found in a similar position in the large main room (8 x 4.20 m) of the southern wing of the house.
