Continuing northwest, the front section of the wreck is visible, completely lying to port. On the deck, there is a gun, 4.1 m long and 8 cm in diameter at the muzzle, some metallic debris and a pair of cleats. Along the west side of the wreck, there are extensive perforations on both sides of the frames due to the absence of plating. The transducer of an ASDIC (ancestor of sonar) is visible under the hull, on the sand.
