Bow

The bow is still well preserved, having apparently been separated from the rest of the ship during salvaging of the wreck. There is a chain coming out of the hawsehole and the anchor can be seen in the sand.

The anchor windlass is also visible on the deck, which is now in a vertical position.

Frames

In the bow area, the frames are visible on the side of the ship, as is the highly corroded sheet metal of the hull.

Central section

The central and back sections of the site are now completely levelled.

Boiler

The boiler is the highest part of the site rising 4 m above the seabed. The metallic structures on both sides of this boiler are mangled and difficult to distinguish.
