In this letter to Félicien de Saulcy, the archivist from Basses-Pyrénées agrees to take part in the work of the Commission de Topographie des Gaules (CTG). This document proves that in 1865 official correspondents were appointed by the CTG. All of these acceptance letters were kept by the commission in a file now conserved at the Archives nationales.
