This is one of the forms returned to the secretary of the Commission de Topographie des Gaules (CTG), Alexandre Bertrand. It was completed by the correspondent for the Ain region, the archivist Guigue. It lists identified remains by location and period. The remains are represented by symbols, which were also used in the Dictionnaire d'Archéologie de la Gaule and on the maps produced by the CTG.
