This album, produced by Charles Cournault, contains hundreds of drawings and notes stuck to 70 plates. This correspondent of the Commission de Topographie des Gaules (CTG) and curator of the Musée Lorrain de Nancy sold his illustrations of archaeological objects to the CTG, which then sent them to the musée gallo-romain for binding and conservation. Cournault was a very active correspondent and in total the material he sent fills several albums.
