Excavations inside the building revealed a large number of wrought-iron nails, suggesting the earlier existence of a frame or even a wooden elevation. The remains of meals – fauna and malacofauna – as well as crockery, including Chinese porcelain and English fine earthenware, and glass bottles were found. An ash deposit was also identified.
