The corridor of Building 1 gives onto two rooms to the east and one treatment room to the west. Waste was thrown directly from the treatment room through a window into the incinerator. It was possible to enter the hospital from the northern courtyard; a mortuary chamber (Building 2), latrines and the incinerator stood in the southern courtyard.
