On 19 September 2020, an open-day event was organised by Saint-Philippe town council in partnership with the DAC de La Réunion and Inrap, on the Puits des Anglais site. Events organised in front of the remains of the Baril plant and visits to excavation sites lead by archaeologists provided families with insight into archaeology, its challenges and methods.
