Bones from a reindeer ankle in their anatomical position

This reindeer ankle is made up of several very well-preserved parts, discovered in their correct anatomical position. This indicates that the conditions were extremely favourable to preservation, which in turn allows us to reconstruct butchering activities at the camp.
