Three pendants of this type, found at Monruz, depict highly stylised female figures. This type of representation, with prominent buttocks but no other figurative detail, was widely seen across Europe, from south-west France to as far as Poland. The three pieces found at Monruz are virtually identical to those found in the Petersfels cave (Germany) near Lake Constance. Height: 16 mm.
