The left-hand part of the rhinoceros panel is made up of four clearly individualised rhinoceros in a line, and on the left-hand wall, a large rhinoceros emerges from the depths of an alcove. The head is carefully drawn, and on the stomach, vertical scraping announces the enigmatic stripe seen on other rhinoceros in the cave. Together, they are reminiscent of the frieze of the red rhinoceros on the Panel of Positive Hand Prints.
